During your Tarangire safari, you’ll explore the park’s diverse landscapes—from open savannahs and seasonal swamps to the life-giving Tarangire River—while spotting wildlife like zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants. You can choose to venture out with picnic lunches for a full day in the park or opt for early morning and late afternoon game drives. Serengeti National Park, the largest in Africa and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is famed for its extraordinary wildlife and its role in the Great Migration—where over 1.5 million wildebeests and zebras move across the plains, followed by numerous predators. The park is home to cheetahs, lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, hartebeests, topis, elands, crocodiles, gazelles, and more. Bird enthusiasts can also spot species like the kori bustard, ostrich, secretary bird, and various migratory birds from Eurasia. End the day with dinner and an overnight stay at your safari camp.

Key landmarks include the Former Slave Market, House of Wonders, Old Fort, and the iconic Zanzibar doors.
